测试原理

The controller adopts the principle of electromechanical position control, contact measurement material level. When there is no material in the silo blade part, the material level device is energized, the indicator light is on, and the blade rotates counterclockwise; When there is material in the blade part of the silo, the blade rotation is blocked, the control signal conversion, and then disconnect the motor power supply of the leveler. This state is maintained until the blade part is free of material, the leveler automatically resets, the motor power is connected, the indicator is on, the blade begins to rotate and the control signal is switched.
