测试原理

A liquid turbine flowmeter consists of a turbine and an externally mounted pulse detector. Liquid flows into the turbine, causing the rotor to rotate. A specific inner diameter makes the rotor speed directly proportional to the flow rate. The pulse detector converts the detected rotor blade rotation into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate. The specific variable is the K factor (pulse number/liter), which is determined by calibration for each sensor and indicated on the label. A 5-point calibration report is also available on request.
