测试原理

When two conductors are isolated from each other, the capacitance between the two conductors is a function of the relative position of the two conductors and the dielectric constant of the medium between the two conductors. The air exists in the space of two concentric conductors. The air has a dielectric constant of ε1, and the space between the two conductors is filled with materials with a dielectric constant of ε2.
